Statement of Policy

The Athlete Nutrition Management System, developed in collaboration with The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) and The Hong Kong Sports Institute Limited (HKSI). This system includes a web management paltform and a mobile application named EatToWin. The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK) fully supports and observes recognised standards of protection in the security and confidentiality of personal data, as stipulated in the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. This Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of information when utilizing the EatToWin mobile application.

Information Collected

The following types of information may be collected:

1. Name
2. Age and Gender
3. Dietary Preferences
4. Device Information

Use of Information

1. Providing, maintaining, and improving EatToWin
2. Personalizing dietary recommendations

Sharing of Information

Personal information is neither sold nor rented. Information may be shared under the following circumstances:

1. With HKSI's Departments: Information may be shared with HKSI's departments to provide services, analytics, and support.

Data Security

Appropriate security measures are implemented to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
